After the six pieces were placed at the temperature of 20 ± 5 °C for at least 4 hours, the pieces were fixed on the specimen bracket of the glass impact test machine, and the weight is 2260 G ± 20 G, , the steel ball with a diameter of about 82mm dropped vertically from a height of 4M (within 3 °) , the impact point should be within 25mm of the center of the sample, if the steel ball did not penetrate into the sample within 5s, and all 6 pieces of the test meet the standard requirements and will be judged to be qualified; If 4 or less tests meet the requirements of the standard will be judged to be unqualified; if 5 tests all meet the requirements of the standard, add 6 pieces new samples, if 6 all meet the requirements of the standard is qualified

Moisture resistance test
First, turn on the power of the water boiling box and heat the water to 100℃. Prepare a piece of glass 300*300mm and thickness as 2 mm.
Put the glass into the vacuum box and keep it for 5 minutes. Then take it out and boil it directly in the boiling box. Then observe that there are no bubbles or white or other abnormal conditions, it is judged to be qualified. Cracks are allowed, but no bubbles, discoloration, or other defects can occur 15mm beyond the edge or 10mm beyond the crack.
