Head model impact test
Prepare six glass sheets with a size of 1100mm*500. The composite sheet was placed in 20±5℃ for 4 hours, then remove them in a designated position. Then the head model with a weight of 10kg±0.2g was vertically detached from the sample at a height of 1.5m. The test drop point should be located within a range of 40mm from the sample center. The middle layer is allowed to break, but the human head model cannot penetrate the sample without large debris stripping. Finally, if 4 samples or less than 4 samples meet the above requirements, they will be disqualified. If 5 samples meet the above requirements, 6 new samples will be added. If all 6 samples meet the above requirements, they will be qualified.

Heat resistance test
Turn on the drying oven and adjust the temperature to 100℃. Prepare a piece of glass with thickness 2 mm.
Put the glass sheets into a 100℃ constant temperature drying oven for 2 hours, then take them out and observe whether there are bubbles or white. Other defects such as bubbles and discoloration shall not occur on the part 15mm beyond the edge or 10mm beyond the crack

Moisture test
Instrument: Moisture meter.
Cut the sample 5g±0.005g and put into the metal plate of the tester. After the machine finish the determination, the moisture value is read
